PROJECT OBJECTIVE:
To build a pharmacy team dedicated to retail pharmacies at a national level, to reinforce the pharmacy presence and awareness for the established mature portfolio and new products launches. The complementary team function was synchronized with the internal field force structure activities.


PROJECT ACHIEVEMENT:
Recall tests applied in the targeted pharmacies proved a substantial increase in recommendations and awareness.
