The Field Force Manager drives development and growth opportunities, customer relationships, and event participation, by providing leadership, direction, and collaboration, with the purpose of achieving the business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of running an efficient sales/promotion team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating promoting/sales team
- Maintain contact with KOL as well as with decision-makers in pharmacy chains
- Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results
- Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among sales team managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations
- Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associates managed, and works to improve individuals’ capabilities through coaching, development, and training
- Works with market management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team
- Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives
Requirements
- University degree
- Previous experience of minimum 3 years in similar position
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management
- Ethical behavior
- Team player & proactivity
- English – Advanced
