Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic teammate to join our partner, Naturpharma, as a Key Account Representative. This is a fixed-term position (maternity leave cover), offering an exciting opportunity to manage a successful portfolio and grow within a top-tier pharmaceutical team.

We are looking for an outgoing, charismatic, and highly sociable person who can function both independently and as a proactive team member.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with assigned clients;
  • Proactively identifying new collaboration opportunities;
  • Promoting the Naturpharma DTC portfolio to pharmacies;
  • Negotiating and securing commercial agreements with regional key accounts;
  • Completing tasks and visits in accordance with the planned route;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Pharmacy);
  • Previous sales experience;
  • Logical and numerical thinking;
  • Mental flexibility and resilience to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Persuasive skills, initiative, and a high level of dynamism;
  • Independence and a clear capacity for decision-making;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Valid driving license and availability to travel;
