We are currently recruiting Medical Representatives to join our team in Bucharest; in this role, you’ll promote our innovative portfolio to specialists in cardiology, internal medicine and diabetology across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Promote Boehringer Ingelheim’s products – Jardiance, Synjardy – ethically using the latest tools and channels;
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve sales objectives;
- Plan and execute multichannel marketing strategies;
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting of activities and side effects (pharmacovigilance);
- Ensure all administrative and organizational tasks are completed on time;
Requirements
- University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RX medical promotion;
- Good level of English – both written and spoken;
- Digital skills: proficient in MS Office, document management, and use of database systems;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally;
- Growth mindset: experimentation, learning attitude and continuously self-development;
- Driving license B category;
