Marketing Manager & Group Product Manager, Pharmaceutical Company, Bucharest

Expand Health is recruiting Marketing Manager & Group Product Manager for an important pharmaceutical company.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, QUALITIES:

For the position of Marketing Manager we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Graduate in pharmaceutical or medical related specialties (advantage);
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing management (large teams and product portfolios);
  • Previous experience in managing OTC product portfolios (mandatory);
For the position of Group Product Manager we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • University graduate (medical or marketing specialties would be a plus);
  • More than 3-4 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing, managing OTC product portfolios (mandatory);
  • Previous experience in coordinating marketing teams;
Both of them must have skills and qualities as follow:
  • Strong medical and marketing knowledge;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • Determination, professionalism, self-discipline and self-control;
  • Commitment, wiliness to work, motivation;
  • Creativity and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work with people and to motivate a team;
  • Objectivity in delegating responsibilities and setting sales targets;
  • Analytical thinking and results orientation;
  • Driving license (B cat.) and availability to travel;
  • Good written and spoken English is mandatory;
  • Computer skills – MS Office Pakage.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

The responsibilities for the Marketing Manager position:

  • Creates and implements sales and promotion strategy for the company products;
  • Develops and coordinates campaigns to promote the company’s image;
  • Coordinates and develops the subordinated team, being responsible for targets achieving;
  • Periodically evaluates and motivates each of the team member (marketing, promotion and sales);
  • Prepares forecast for promotions, new products, etc.;
  • Prepares, allocates and respects the annual budget income;
  • Performs analysis of competition (prices / products / suppliers);
  • Organize and participate in various events (congresses, symposia, presentations, etc.);
  • Creates and develops the relationship with the KA, being involved in developing the marketing campaigns;
  • Prepares regular sales and marketing reports and analysis for the company’s products;
The responsibilities for the Group Product Manager position:
  • Participate in creating the marketing plans, being responsible for the implementation;
  • Maintain relationships with the external partners vs. marketing actions ;
  • Propose, creates and implements new product launches, according to the market demand;
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports regarding marketing activities;
  • Periodically evaluate and motivate each of the team member (marketing division);
  • Coordinates and develops the subordinated team, being responsible for targets achieve;
  • Prepares forecast for promotions , new products, to ;
  • Respects the annual budget of revenues and expenditures ;
  • Market analysis (prices / products / suppliers) ;
  • Organize and participate in various events (congresses, symposia, presentations, etc.);
  • Prepares regular marketing reports and analysis for the company’s products ;
